In my 30’s, I learned a concept new to me called “present moments.” Instead of moving through life like a robot, I trained myself to be aware of what was happening in my life as it was occurring. I was amazed at the life lessons all around me just waiting for me to understand them. I began to jot down notes. After a week or two, I would sit at the computer and make little stories out of the notes. Now I plan to pass those “life moments” on to you on a regular basis through this blog. Many of you may have already learned them years ago. But I just bet there is a person or two who needs to learn about “present moments”, just as I did … and am still working on. I was married for 35 years to a wonderful man who has now graduated from this life's school. I still work as a bookkeeper, but retirement is on the horizon. I'm looking forward to branching out with my writing experiences.
